Returns and exchanges
Have you bought something via our site and do you want to return an item? You're in the right place!
Return standards and conditions
- Items can only be exchanged for the same item and color, but in a different size.
- Items must be unwashed and must not be tumble dried.
- Items with excessive creases may be refused.
- Items covered with animal/human hair may be refused.
- Items with a strong smell or smell such as smoke, cologne, detergent, etc. will not be accepted
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) are not accepted.
- Some of our items do not come with tags, so don't worry, but if tags were attached when you received the item, please hold on to them.
- If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Can sale items be returned?
Articles with a discount of 15% or more will be considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
- This includes both returning items for an exchange and returning items for a refund.
- If you received a wrong item, has not received an item, or your item is damaged in some way you can send an e-mail to: email@example.com
- Articles with a discount of less than 30% are not a final sale and may be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Articles with a discount of 15% or more will be considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Your return will be processed within 7 working days after it is delivered at our distribution center.
After your return package has been delivered to our warehouse and processed, the cost of the returned item(s) will be calculated on the original payment method used when placing the order with us. It may take 3-5 business days to process. * Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount for the item(s) being returned (in most cases this is only €4.
Exchange requests can only be made for the same product and color, but a different size can be selected if stock is available. Once you start the return process through our portal, this step is automatically completed for you. If stock is not available, you will only be given the option to receive a refund for the product or products.
